Weight In

This past Saturday I weighted in for Weight Watchers. I thought I was going to have a bad week because I used all my Week points and Activity points. But I got on the scale and had lost 3.4 lbs!!!!! I was so happy, and ready to start a new week On Program.

Nicole! Thanks for your nice comment. I'm excited that you started an actual blogspot. I think it's so awesome that you are doing weight watchers, that would be so hard to count points and things. You seem like you are doing so well, good job! You'll have to post pictures of your progress. How's little Gracie Gail? She's such a cute little girl. I love that she's such a toe head! Nicole, good for you! I bet it's a big motivator for you to document your journey through a blog. That way, you know all your readers are rootin' for ya and supporting you all the way! Keep up the awesome work!

I have to say I SURE HAVE MISSED YOU!!!!! How did you get to my blog? I thought I had lost contact with you forever and am soooo happy to know that I haven't! I would love to see pictures of you guys so maybe you can start a family blog too! That would be fun!

way to go Nicole! you'll love p90x ... it gives you more stamina (and I'm only on day 4) and works you so hard. it has a diet plan and everything with it - TONS of protein. good job for already losing so much!
