Weight In
This past Saturday I weighted in for Weight Watchers. I thought I was going to have a bad week because I used all my Week points and Activity points. But I got on the scale and had lost 3.4 lbs!!!!! I was so happy, and ready to start a new week On Program.

What a DAY
So I came to school today thinking that it was going to be a normal day, but to my surprise, it was NOT. It was really kind of crazy. I had students not listening, parents calling, and a whole list of other things that were not good at all. With all of the craziness by 10:00AM, Lunch finally rolled around. I had planned for a salad and Lean Cuisine, but the cafe had my favorite lunch, Chicken nuggets and Mac & Cheese. I got my wallet out, and was walking done to the cafe, when I realized "What am I doing" I turned around and got my Lunch Box. I sat ate my lunch, and when I was done I felt good! So another day ON PROGRAM!!!! Lets see what happens tomorrow

Good Two Weeks
So I have been going strong with Weight Watchers Since March 26, 2007. I have lost a total of 18.4 lbs, and I stayed motivated. Then a family event came up last weekend, and I did well until Sunday morning came around. We went to breakfast, and I broke down. I had a full meal plus some. So I went home and counted my points, and realized that I had used all of my Weekly Flex Points. So I was really discouraged, and thought for sure that I had gained weight. When I got on the Scale, I WAS DOWN 2 LBS, I was so excited I could barely stand it. So here I am with a new week, and I am still motivated, and ready to go.
